When the first shovel hit the ground at Shrewsbury Business Park in 2001, it symbolised the start of an enduring partnership with the original developer, Alaska Properties. Since we acquired the remaining land in 2023, MATRIX IDC's role in shaping this dynamic business hub has continually expanded.

 

MATRIX IDC has demonstrated its expertise by constructing and fitting out over 30 diverse structures within the park. These include substantial office buildings that are now the operational heart of Shropshire Council and the NHS Finance Department, as well as a handy local store and a state-of-the-art medical centre.

 

The future looks bright for Shrewsbury Business Park. As we approach the end of 2023, our attention is focused on the upcoming "Hay Yard" project. This new phase will introduce a collection of office spaces, tailor-made for local, independent businesses, bolstering the park's status as a thriving centre of local enterprise.
