We have the necessary in house expertise to advise on the most demanding of projects and also offer a design and build facility.

Matrix IDC has been involved in a number of barn conversion, more recently at Frodesley, near Donnington in Shropshire. The development consists of the conversion of listed barns into 7 prestigious new homes. Using our expertise we have sensitively converted the barns, retaining and enhancing many of the original features.
Working in the confines of the Shrewsbury Town Centre conservation area Matrix IDC has recently converted a Victorian Methodist Church into 7 apartments. By incorporating many of the existing features of the Church we have produced an attractive development in this historic part of the Town.
