Our site team coordinated access, night works and trade sequencing in a live retail environment, ensuring seamless execution and a clean handover on programme.
In-house bespoke joinery refreshed the brand touchpoints, with new counter cladding, feature wall panels and coordinated service housings precisely aligned to YO! Sushi’s latest aesthetic. A new metal framework was installed beneath these elements to provide a robust substructure, ensuring accurate alignment, long-term stability and ease of future maintenance.
Alongside new finishes and selective ceiling works, comprehensive mechanical and electrical upgrades were delivered with our trusted sub-contract partners. These improvements modernised the space, blending functionality with YO! Sushi’s bold, customer-facing identity.
