Following a close partnership with Reech Media, Matrix IDC has delivered a new HQ at The Hay Yard that is purpose-built for creativity and collaboration. From first fix to final clean, our teams coordinated programme, trades and access to bring the design to life and hand over a workspace that feels considered from the moment you walk in.

In-house bespoke joinery forms the centrepiece throughout, including the statement bar at the barn, feature stair detailing and integrated storage that aligns with Reech’s brand. Every element was crafted by our joinery division and installed on site by our fit-out team, combining precision, durability and a clean, modern finish.

Key features include the arrival experience with entrance TV, bespoke "shipping container" partitions, and the custom Reech icon signage, fabricated by Lightforms and installed by our trusted sub-contract team. These details anchor the scheme and support the way Reech works day to day, balancing impact with practicality.

Working alongside architect Ewan Dryburgh, we kept decisions clear and the workflow efficient. The result is a confident, multifunctional workspace that encourages teamwork, supports client meetings and gives Reech a home that reflects their ambition at the heart of The Hay Yard.
