Following months of planning and coordination, Matrix IDC delivered a new headquarters for Wace Morgan Solicitors from first excavation to final clean. Our team managed programme, trades and site logistics to keep quality high throughout, capturing the full journey from foundations to first meetings in the new space.

The scope included groundworks and steel frame, building envelope, mechanical and electrical installations, and a complete interior fit-out. Bespoke joinery defines key areas such as reception, meeting suites and client touchpoints, bringing warmth and identity to a professional, durable environment.

Accessibility and performance were central to the brief. The building provides step-free access, improved wayfinding, modern HVAC for comfort and efficiency, upgraded glazing and insulation, and acoustic control for private consultations. The result supports collaboration, focused work and a welcoming experience for visitors.
