Hidden away in the countryside on the outskirts of Shrewsbury, Matrix IDC is well underway with the construction of two exceptional new homes. Together, the properties will comprise over 7,000 sq ft of luxury living space, with generous layouts, carefully planned external areas and an opulent roof terrace looking out across the Shropshire Hills.

As a family-owned construction company and main contractor based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, Matrix IDC is managing the project with the same control and coordination we bring to our commercial construction, land development and fit-out work. From early site preparation and structural works through to specialist trades and final handover, every stage is being carefully planned, communicated and delivered.

The project will also be supported by our own purpose-built joinery workshop in Aldridge, Walsall, West Midlands.
