Matrix IDC has completed a fresh restaurant fit-out for YO! Sushi at Westfield Stratford City Shopping Centre in Stratford, London. Delivered in just six weeks, the project transformed the space with new finishes throughout, creating a vibrant dining environment that reflects the energy and identity of the YO! Sushi brand.
The works included a complete refresh of the restaurant interior, from booth seating and wall finishes through to flooring, feature details and the wider customer-facing environment. In a busy shopping centre setting, every stage had to be carefully planned, coordinated and delivered with the pace required for a fast-moving hospitality project.
