Holy Moly Macaroni demonstrates the value of combining strong design, careful coordination and high-quality shopfitting delivery. From the initial strip-out to the final fit-out details, Matrix IDC helped create a restaurant environment that was visually distinctive, commercially practical and aligned with the brand’s Harlem-inspired identity. Located within Grand Central Station, Birmingham, the project required attention to programme, access, finish quality and the demands of a high-footfall hospitality setting.
